How we handle your details

Last updated 9 October 2026. Ryvl is a product of RYVR. This notice covers the ryvl.pro website and its forms. The Ryvl app at app.ryvl.pro is covered by the agreement with each customer.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, work email, company, role, the websites you ask us to assess and anything you write in the message field. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and filter spam.

Why we use it

To prepare and send the scorecard you asked for, to reply to demo requests and to follow up about Ryvl. If you tick the updates box, we may also send you occasional news about Ryvl. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received by our website host (Netlify) and stored in a private spreadsheet that only the Ryvl team can open (Google Workspace). We do not sell your details or share them with other companies for their marketing.

The websites you ask us to assess

We only read publicly available web pages of the companies you name, the same way a visitor would.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep lead details for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless you become a customer.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Use the contact form and mention your request, and we will act on it within 30 days.
